Aged primarily in steel with a small portion (20%) aged in used barriques
Deep purple color, high number of medium tears. Highly aromatic. Scents of cherry, plum, blackberry, leather, smoke, pepper, some oak, and dust. Medium-full body, dry, medium tannins. Tastes of cherry and raspberry, slightest licorice.
