 E-COMMERCE BRAND EXECUTIVE 

(Positions in Singapore)


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Take charge of Store Management of Assigned Brands on E-commerce Marketplaces. Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to execute strategies and maintain high service quality for customer satisfaction.

2.  Create, plan, and execute digital marketing plans for campaign launches, and collaborate with stakeholders to put together a plan of action for successful execution and to maximize revenue and profit.

3.  Manage Customer Service chat platforms to ensure Excellent Customer Experience of the Assigned Brands. Monitor and respond to customer reviews on marketplaces.

4. Work closely with Warehouse Team to ensure Inventory is Inbounded and Orders are Shipped-On-Time.

5. Providing Onboarding to Assigned Brands on Marketplaces, Product Listing, and Campaign Registration.

6. Monitor and Analyze competitor product sales to provide insights to Brand Owners for them to make effective business decisions.

7. Review and align current strategic plans with Brand Owners, develop resource allocation plans and implement a targeted strategy according to requirements.

8. Responsible for monthly reporting, profit & loss reporting, and setting of performance measurement/matrix to measure the well-being of the marketplace launch.

9. Ensuring Assigned Brands are performing above marketplace KPIs.

10.  To perform any other duties as assigned by top Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Digital or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with eCom Marketplace Channel Management especially Lazada, Shopee & Zalora / Qoo10 / EZBuy
  • Proven track record in using Marketplace Seller Centre Tools
  • Highly analytical. Proficient in business presentation
  • Attention to details and good follow-up capabilities
  • Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graphic design/photoshop skills will be an advantage although not a pre-requisite


MARKETING (Executive / Senior Executive)


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1.  Assist with the development of the overall marketing strategy.

2. M anage and execute full spectrum of marketing communications to meet business goals.

3.  Review and develop new digital marketing campaigns and strategies to reach target audience.

4.  Content creation for social media platforms, Company’s site and microsite; and EDMs.

5.  Evaluate the ROI of all marketing initiatives and campaigns, and assist the team in analysing and optimising user funnels and other marketing platforms via Google Ad Manager and Facebook Ad Manager.

6. Support SEO/SEM efforts to increase quality traffic to Company’s site.

7.  Manage and maintain Company’s digital platforms including updating the latest information and introducing new ways to improve the site’s interface and user experience.

8.  Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

1.  Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing or related discipline.

2.  Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven working experience in a similar role.

3.  Excellent understanding and insights into current digital marketing trends.

4.  Well-versed with digital marketing concepts; tools and strategies.

5.  Strong English proficiency with experience in creative copywriting.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Highly meticulous and strong attention to detail.

8. Predisposed to thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot from one task to another at a quick turnaround time.

9.  Excellent team player and able to multitask efficiently.

10.  Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, and Analytics will be advantageous but not a must. Training will be provided.




E-COMMERCE CHANNEL EXECUTIVE / MANAGER


(Positions in Philippines; Vietnam)




ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
