1. Our Kolsch is a delicately balanced beer with a crisp, refreshing edge. Brew #05 of our Single Batch series presents a subtle hop character, low malt body and a fragrant aroma of pear and apple. Muted fruitiness and vinous flavours suffuse this light gold beer thanks to plenty of Halltertau Tradition hops, which we've paired with specialty Kveik yeast for a unique version of this classic Köln brew. Tastes of happiness.
