Ingredients: 100% Natural, Therapeutic Pure Essential Oil Blend Contains pure essential oils of Thyme, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus and Lemon.Diffusing: add 6-8 drops.

Directions for use:

Topical: 1-2 drops diluted.

Massage: 6-10 drops in 2 tbs of carrier oil.

Inhalation: add 3-5 drops to hot water and inhale.
